Yana Larysa Shevchuk
Mentor in first-generation students and finance
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- Since 2009
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 830 people through Kharkiv Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Yana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
