Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- Heritage Foundation
- 1992 to 2000
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Heritage Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Yana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 1995. I still have your notes.
