For 19 years I was the Spanish teacher at Moscow Secondary School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Yana
If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Yana: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
