Yan Xu
Mentor in teaching and leadership
- 🇺🇸 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States
- Sakura Foundation
- Since 2007
- English, Mandarin
For 19 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
