Yan Shuai Huang
Mentor in careers and leadership
- 🇦🇺 Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia
- Stonebridge Youth Network
- Since 2009
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Stonebridge Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Yan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
