Yan Jian Lin

Helping people break into software

🇺🇸 Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States
Scranton Community Trust
2012 to 2022
English, Mandarin, Spanish

For ten years I've mentored people in software and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Yan

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
