Yamuna W. Kamath

28 years teaching mathematics in Kota

  • 🇮🇳 Kota, Rajasthan, India
  • Mount Pleasant Academy
  • Since 1988
  • English
For 38 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Mount Pleasant Academy. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Yamuna: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me mathematics in 1994 at Mount Pleasant Academy. I still remember the time the class pet escaped
