Yamini M. Rawat
Mentor in careers and writing
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Mentoring Circle
- 1982 to 2013
- English, Spanish
For 31 years I've mentored people in careers and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Yamini
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Yamini: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
