Yakubu Tayo Chukwu
Illustration artist in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- The Lagos Art Collective
- 2013 to 2021
- English
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 2013 at The Lagos Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I never rush a conversation. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
