Yakubu Kunle Shittu
Teacher at Pioneer Primary School, loves early years
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Pioneer Primary School
- 1990 to 2003
- English, Hausa
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Yakubu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me early years in 2008 at Pioneer Primary School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays. Greetings from Lahore.
