- Brookfield Middle School
- 1978 to 1990

Brookfield Middle School was my second home. I taught design and technology there from 1978 to 1990, mostly mixed-ability classes.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Yakubu
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
