Yakubu Gbenga Daramola

Children's librarian in Warri

  • 🇳🇬 Warri, Delta, Nigeria
  • Good Shepherd Public Library
  • 2002 to 2016
  • English, Yoruba
For 14 years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Good Shepherd Public Library. Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books.

What gifts mean to Yakubu: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
