Helping people break into recovery
- 🇳🇬 Benin City, Edo, Nigeria
- Benin City Mentoring Circle
- 1995 to 2020
- English, Yoruba
For 25 years I've mentored people in recovery and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Yakubu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
