Yakubu Chinedu Alabi
Retired social studies teacher from Asaba Middle School
- 🇳🇬 Asaba, Delta, Nigeria
- Asaba Middle School
- 1996 to 2015
- English, Hausa, French
Asaba Middle School was my second home. I taught social studies there from 1996 to 2015, mostly mixed-ability classes.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Yakubu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Yakubu: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
