Yakubu Chidi Balogun
24 years teaching astronomy at Bonny University
- 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
- Bonny University
- 2015 to 2024
- English, Yoruba
I taught astronomy at Bonny University from 2015 to 2024, and supervised 13 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
More about Yakubu
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.

What gifts mean to Yakubu: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.

You supervised my thesis in 2020 and never once made me feel small. Greetings from Ciudad de México.
