Yakubu Abubakar Falana
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Onitsha, Anambra, Nigeria
- 1999 to 2008
- English
I've worked in weaving from 1999 to 2008. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 290 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
