Yaa Rita Fosu
Mentor in leadership and trades
- 🇬🇭 Obuasi, Ashanti, Ghana
- Obuasi Learning Hub
- 1999 to 2021
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,170 people through Obuasi Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Yaa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
