Helping people break into engineering
- 🇺🇸 Lowell, Massachusetts, United States

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,820 people through Lowell Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Xiu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
