I spent 22 years as a lecturer in public health at Acacia State University in Atlanta. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
