Ximena P. Richardson
Teaching mentor, Southampton
- 🇬🇧 Southampton, England, United Kingdom
- Fairview Community Trust
- 1980 to 2003
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 550 people through Fairview Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Ximena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
