I'm a football coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 700 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ximena
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Ximena: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
