For 23 years I've mentored people in design and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ximena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ximena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first design job in 2009. I still have your notes.
