My subject is civil engineering, and for 38 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Coyoacán State University.
I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ximena
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Ximena: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
