Ximena B. Peña
Taught chemistry at Ciudad de México Public School
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- 1995 to 2017
- Spanish
I taught chemistry and music at Ciudad de México Public School, Ciudad de México. I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ximena
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ximena: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
