Ximena B. Guzman
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Shreveport, Louisiana, United States
- Fairview Shop
- Since 2012
- English
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 2012 in Shreveport and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
