I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and ten years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Xiang
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Xiang: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
