I've been a nurse for 14 years, most of them in neonatal care at Good Shepherd Maternity Hospital in Columbus. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
