Xia Li Lu
Mentor in small business and trades
- 🇨🇦 Brampton, Ontario, Canada
- St. Mary's Community Trust
- Since 2007
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,050 people through St. Mary's Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
