Wunmi Omolara Coker
Coached boxing for 15 years in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- 2002 to 2017
- English
For 15 years I ran the boxing program at Ikeja Boxing Gym in Ikeja. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Wunmi
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Wunmi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
