I've worked in auto repair since 2006. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,200 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Wulan
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Wulan: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
