Local leatherwork and welding
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- 2001 to 2014
- English, Spanish
I've worked in leatherwork from 2001 to 2014. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 620 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Wondimu: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
