I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
More about Winnie
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me social studies in 2024 at Central Academy. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
