I've worked in upholstery from 1992 to 2011. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,050 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
