Winda Eka Saputra
Farming mentor, Jakarta
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Victory Community Trust
- 1999 to 2011
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Victory Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Winda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Winda: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
