Baking for 21 years in Sacramento
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- The Sunrise Works
- 1990 to 2011
- English
I've worked in baking from 1990 to 2011. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,110 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I watch every football match going.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Willow: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
