I taught home economics at Rosewood Grammar School in Phoenix from 1985 to 2016. Most days I taught first-year students, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
