William Samuel Addo
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇭 Cape Coast, Central, Ghana
- Trinity Works
- 1993 to 2020
- English, Twi
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Cape Coast, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about William
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
