William Per Björk
Farming mentor, Södertälje
- 🇸🇪 Södertälje, Stockholm, Sweden
- Parkside Foundation
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Swedish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 190 people through Parkside Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about William
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
