36 years teaching computer science in Pretoria
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa

For 45 years I have been the computer science teacher at Orchid Middle School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Willem
If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.

What gifts mean to Willem: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
