I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Willem
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

you taught me religious studies in 2018 at Johannesburg High School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

You taught me religious studies in 2023 at Johannesburg High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

I'm a electrician now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Vancouver.
