I taught economics and history at Maple Ridge Primary School, Sandton. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 970 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Willem: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
