I've spent 43 years as a lecturer in mathematics at Sandton College in Sandton. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Willem
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.

What gifts mean to Willem: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.

You supervised my thesis in 2013 and never once made me feel small. Greetings from Cần Thơ.
