Willem M. Fourie
Teacher at Hillcrest Boys' School, loves environmental science

- English, Afrikaans
I taught environmental science at Hillcrest Boys' School in Johannesburg from 1979 to 1990. Most days I taught teenagers, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Willem
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Willem: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me environmental science in 1991 at Hillcrest Boys' School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped
