Mentor in small business and leadership

For 26 years I've mentored people in small business and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Wilfredo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first small business job in 2020. I still have your notes. Greetings from Istanbul.
