I've worked in painting and decorating from 1998 to 2016. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 410 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
