Weston Watson
Youth table tennis coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Maple Ridge Community Club
- 2000 to 2010
- English
For ten years I ran the table tennis program at Maple Ridge Community Club in Manchester. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Weston
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Weston: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
