Weston Hayes
First-generation students mentor, Akron
- 🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States
- Orchid Foundation
- Since 1982
- English
For 44 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
