Weston B. Ruiz
Leadership mentor, Leicester
- 🇬🇧 Leicester, England, United Kingdom

- Since 1981
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,800 people through Sunrise Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 1983. I still have your notes!
