Werner Hans Krause
Mentor in careers and teaching
- 🇩🇪 Berlin, Berlin, Germany
- Since 1997
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,540 people through Ashford Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Werner
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Werner: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2003. I still have your notes. Greetings from Entebbe.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
