Werner Frank Schmidt
Helping people break into trades
- 🇩🇪 Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
- Karlsruhe Learning Hub
- 1997 to 2018
- German
For 21 years I've mentored people in trades and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
